Iron Chef Okinawa Cooking Challenge will be presented to you by the renowned Sata Andagi chef Keiko Morris. Not only will you see Keiko prepare and cook her famous "Banana" sata andagi, but you will also have a hands-on opportunity to make & cook andagi yourself. You don't want to miss it!

Brush up on your trivia because after the cooking lesson will be a session of Okinawan-themed Jeopardy. Contestants may sign up on site to take the Okinawan Jeopardy challenge! A full session of Jeopardy including audio/visual clues. Can you step up to the challenge?
